Our Terms
1. THESE TERMS
1.1. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you via the OLI MAX mobile application(App) and our website OLI.MN (Website) (together the Platform). Please read these terms carefully before you start to use the Platform or register with us.
1.2. The following terms also apply to your use of the Platform: the App and Website Terms of Use, our Fair Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Complaints and Claims Procedure, and Cancellation Policy.
1.3. We may amend these Terms from time to time. For a list of changes and when they were made, please contact us by email at support@oli.mn.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
2.1. Who we are. Techbase LLC T/A OLI MAX (OLI MAX/we/us/our), a company registered in Mongolia. Our registered office is at Sukhbaatar District, 3rd Khoroo, Independence Palace #200, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
2.2. What we do. We provide an online Platform to connect customers with suppliers of meat delivery services by truck from meat factories (Driver Services). You can submit requests for meat delivery via the Platform (Job Requests) by registering for an account with us, or as a guest. We are not a provider of any delivery or courier services directly, and any contract you enter into with a Driver will be solely between you and the Driver.

2.4. How we may contact you. If we need to contact you, we will do so using the contact details provided when you registered/made a guest request.
3. REGISTERING AND REQUESTING DRIVER SERVICES
3.1. Upon registration, you can add team members within your account and grant certain access and permissions. These OLI MAX Customer Terms and Conditions and all other OLI MAX terms (as summarised above at clause 1.2) apply to all users of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any team member you grant access to complies with all terms, and you accept full legal responsibility for their actions.
3.2. To submit a Job Request, you can either:
(a) register for an account on the Platform; or
(b) place Job Requests on the Platform and checkout as a guest.
3.3. You must be over 18 years old to register.
3.4. When submitting a Job Request, you will be required to provide various details including (as applicable):
(a) the collection/delivery: name, contact number, email, company name (optional);
(b) the date, time, and correct location(s) where the Driver Services are to be provided;
(c) how many people are required for the Job and whether driver assistance is needed (unloading/loading);
(d) specific delivery instructions;
(e) item size, quantity, weight, and description (optional);
(f) vehicle required (e.g., refrigerated/frozen, tail lift, curtain side, pump truck);
(g) any issues that may hinder delivery such as road width, access restrictions, steps, parking;
(h) cost value of goods (optional);
(i) yours and recipient contact details for each stop;
(j) billing details.

4. YOUR CONTRACT WITH THE DRIVER
4.1. OLI MAX is not a courier and does not provide delivery services. We act as an intermediary introducing you to a Driver for meat delivery services by truck. The Driver Services are provided under a contract between you and the Driver, not under these Terms.

5. INSURANCE AND LOSS/DAMAGE
5.1. When submitting a Job Request, you can specify the cost of the meat being transported.

6. CANCELLATION OF DRIVER SERVICES

7. PAYMENTS

8. PRICE CHANGES

9. WITHDRAWAL OF THE SERVICES
9.1. We can stop providing Platform Services at any time. We will let you know in advance, and you will not be charged for any uncompleted meat delivery Jobs, unless due to events outside our control.
10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

11. OUR LIABILITY
